Good Friday Results
Seniors
Score: Moama, 21-16-142 Def United, 1-10-34
Let’s be a little creative here, according to the wise men of the club this was an uninspiring column last week. This week I can report there has been no input from the above so here goes. The seniors were fantastic, one of the best wins in my time at the club for consistent, 1%, run and genuine enthusiasm. After an even first quarter there was a complete transformation of the game. 19 goals verses 2, no relenting, no favors given. Today another huge test against a side that has recruited well. The same effort will make our supports very happy.
Our leading goal kickers for the day were Mick Allen kicking 8 goals, Kyle Phipps and Shannon Keam both kicking 3 goals with jack Bourke kicking 2. Tim Easton, Michael Sage, Luke Eldridge, Luke Dunham, & Tom Gilligan all kicking singles.
Best Players: Mick Allen – Morrisons, James Gilligan – Sportpower, James Roscoe - Riverine Therapeutic, Mat Ricards OPT & Michael Sage Club Shirt
400 Club Winner: Player-Mick Allen Winner -Crown Car Sales

Netball Results Round 2
Traditionally a big game for Moama and Echuca, what a shame we let Echuca have the four points. A grade’s Jacinta Gilmour proved to be a great goaler, while Karina Johns and Emma Farrant where strong in defense. Best player went to Karina Johns, most determined Emma Farrant, and OPT to Jacinta Gilmour. Better luck next week girls. Final score Moama 24 Echuca United 38.
