round 1: 2nds
In perfect conditions the two’s got off to a terrific start with a 7 goal win against Cobram. With plenty of new faces the boys took a little while to settle, but once they did played some real exciting football. This week’s game should be a ripper between the two local teams, major goal kickers were Andrew Simpson (Simo) with 6 and Andrew McIntosh (Maca) with 2. Big shout from the boys to Steve Thorpe (Team Manager) for the fine distribution of the drink vouchers after the game…Great work Thorpie..

under 14s
Our Under 14s started the season against a classy opponent in Cobram, but got away to a good start with a great first half. With a few players unavailable, it was always going to be a huge task to match it with last years premiers but to the boys credit they all contributed at some stage and made Cobram work for the majority of the game.Lachlan Schutz,Brendan Nettlefold,Jake Toll,Jamarah Firebrace Ricky Papa and Isacc Quinlan were the award winners. special thanks to our sponsors Brett Stevens,Moama Fresh Fish,Moama Pizza,Murray Bank Caravan Park,Bennetts Sports & Moama Video

Netball Results Round 1
After a long and hard pre preseason all the girls were eager to take the court for round one.
A grade had a great first quarter, however silly mistakes created lots of opportunities for a swift Cobram. We have lots of work to do at training before a big game against Echuca United.
Best player award went to Jacinta Gilmour, Most Determined to Karina Johns and the hot rock massage went to Karyn McCalman. Cobram defeated us 25 to 45.
