Moama White Under 12 Round 2
Moama couldn’t get fired up against St Augustines in Kyabram in the wetter conditions. Play got off in a scramble both teams hard at the ball with only a couple of minor scores in the first Qtr. Sam McHale & Zac Antonie were solid from the start.

It was a chance this week for the defense to show their true spirit, like the Anzac’s they battled hard to prevent the opposition hitting the target more often than they did. Nick McKenner played his heart out and was in the best with Kell Warde who battle hard all day.

St Augs peppered the goals, Tyler Thorpe was seeing plenty of action in the last line and was a key in pushing forward. Run from Zac Keele and Jobee Warde was relentless trying to get Moama into the game.

Jaidyn Kerr moved into the back line and instantly had an impact bringing Wade Murray and Dylan Wright into the game. It was a strong defensive game by white with the young guns being shown the way to goals by St Augs, one they might remember. Better luck next week boys.

Awards: Nick McKenner, Kell Warde, Zac Keele, Tyler Thorpe, Jaidyn Kerr, Jobee Warde.
